Are your Woof & Poof products guaranteed?

The music box in my Woof & Poof has quit working. Can Woof & Poof repair it?

Sorry, no. Woof & Poof cannot repair or replace a music box that has quit working. When a Woof & Poof item is made, the music boxes are glued in to hold them in place. Because of this, removing�a music box would require tearing�it away from the fabric, which would severely damage the Woofie.
